CLEAN ENERGY LINK: BATTERY IoT MODULE

The IoT (Internet of Things) module, Clean Energy Link, occupies minimal space on a circuit board measuring 10 x 8 x 2 cm. It reads essential data like voltage and temperature from a battery module or battery via CAN-BUS. Additionally, sensors measure data such as temperature, humidity, air pressure, and shock. This data is then transmitted 24/7 via the LTE-M (4G) mobile data standard, or alternatively via LAN, Wi-Fi, or Bluetooth. CLEAN ENERGY NET: BATTERY CLOUD & APP

Clean Energy Net ensures the security and integrity of all transmitted data. This data comes from the IoT device Clean Energy Link and can be displayed on computers for product owners or via apps for end customers in a custom white-label design. Our B2B customers can choose where to host the data: on their own servers or in a third-party cloud.

CELL CHEMISTRY: LFP =
LITHIUM IRON PHOSPHATE

The battery systems use Lithium Iron Phosphate (LFP) batteries:

1.Safest Cell Chemistry: LFP is the safest chemistry for lithium batteries, with no risk of thermal runaway, unlike Nickel Manganese Cobalt (NMC) batteries.
2. No Cobalt: LFP battery cells are free of environmentally harmful cobalt.
3. High Cycle Stability: LFP cells achieve up to 10,000 full charge and discharge cycles, maintaining 70% of original capacity (SOH), far exceeding NMC cells with a maximum of 3,000 cycles.
4. High Temperature Resistance: LFP chemistry can withstand temperatures from -20°C to +50°C.
5. Full Cycle Usage: The charging cycle spans 0% to 100% capacity without memory effect and with low sensitivity to deep discharge, compared to NMC chemistry.

CLEAN ENERGY CONTAINER: SMART CONTAINER BATTERY

Clean Energy Containers use Lithium Iron Phosphate (LFP) battery cells with capacities of 0.5 MWh, 1 MWh, 2 MWh, 3,5 MWh, or 5 MWh. These battery containers are scalable to 4 Mhw, 6 MWh, 7 MWh, 8 MWh, 10 MWh, or more with the Clean Energy Link IoT module LTE-M 4G. The ESS total solution comes  with integrated battery, BMS, PCS, climate control, fire protection, and circuit breakers as well as optional inverter and transformer. Energy content ranges from 0.5 MWh to 5 MWh per container, with inverters ranging from 0.25 MW to 2.5 MW. CLEAN ENERGY CABINET:
SMART BATTERY CABINET

Clean Energy Global also offers smart outdoor commercial storage Clean Energy Cabinet with capacities from 50 kWh to 300 kWh and inverters ranging from 30 kW to 200 kW, with the Clean Energy Link IoT module LTE-M 4G. This ESS total solution integrates the battery, BMS, PCS, climate control, fire protection, and circuit breakers in an outdoor cabinet.

CLEAN ENERGY WALL: SCALABLE BATTERY MODULES

Clean Energy Wall with 5 kWh or 10 kWh, including Clean Energy Inverter for 3 kW or 6 kW. Clean Energy Walls offer significantly lower costs per kWh by scaling from 5 – 75 kWh or 10 – 150 kWh, depending on needs. The Clean Energy Inverter is for 48-volt batteries: 3 kW converts 48 Volt DC to 230 Volt AC power, and 6 kW converts to 400 Volt AC power.

CLEAN ENERGY PACK: SMART SWAPPABLE BATTERIES

Clean Energy Packs are smart, modular swappable batteries that can be used directly in electric cars and electric vans. The Clean Energy Pack mono offers 2.5 kWh and 48 volts for use in L6e or L7e vehicles for manual swapping, weighing just 13 kg. The Clean Energy Pack standard offers 5 kWh and 48 – 800 volts for larger electric vehicles and delivery vans. B2B customers include electric vehicle startups and workshops that can offer conversion kits for combustion vehicles without having to invest in hardware.

APPLICATION EXAMPLES

Examples of use: peak shaving, self-consumption optimization, uninterruptible power supply (UPS), off-grid, microgrid, grid services, forecast-based charging with solar, wind power and consumption, direct marketing (primary/secondary control power), arbitrage trading, innovation tender, or fast charger battery buffering.
